Dear HR Director,

I learned about this Peak Time Teller job opening at your through a job fair held at my college ***** ******* ***** *****. I am actively seeking a teller position at your organization. After reading the skills required to perform this job effectively, I believe I will be an ideal candidate for this position.

I have previously worked as a cashier at Marshalls shopping store. Due to this, I am very comfortable with handling money, handling fast paced work environment, and with handling numerous customers during an extremely busy day. Working with several people at a time has made me a more accepting, cooperating, and compromising team player. Also, I have learned to satisfy all the needs of customers so that they don’t walk out disconnected or disappointed and be back to for business.

In addition, I worked as a Student and Customer Service Assistant at my college Northern Virginia Community College in the Visual and Performing Arts department. This position gave me the opportunity to work in an office environment with computers, fax machines, printers, office supplies, and so on. Answering phone calls, entering data, printing/scanning/faxing, helping with regular college event, and office organization were some of my regular duties.

My resume will provide you with details about my previous work experience, skills, education, and languages I speak. I would like to be considered for this teller position so that I can contribute to the daily operations of your bank. If you require additional information, I can be contacted at 123-456-7890 or abcd@hotmail.com. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Thank you,
My name

Your 2nd paragraph has some problems. Try not to repeat “handling” and grammar check it again.

Remember to show how your employment will provide the solution to the bank needing a teller.

good luck,
